GRTgaz will be at the Association of Mayors of Ile-de-France 2022
On 28 and 29 June 2022, GRTgaz will be at the Salon de l'Association des Maires d'Ile-de-France (AMIF). Come visit us at our stand (Hall 5.3, D60) at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre to find out about the innovations around renewable gases and hydrogen that will help pave the way for economic development, gas independence and the energy transition, as well as about the many projects underway in the Ile-de-France region. This year again, on an initiative from GRTgaz, in partnership with the AMIF, the company Moulinot will collect the catering waste from the AMIF trade show. This waste will then be converted into renewable gas in the Ile-de-France region.
From biowaste sorting at the source to anaerobic digestion
Already in 2024, biowaste sorting will be mandatory. A major challenge ahead for the local authorities. It is against this backdrop that, with the support of GRTgaz, the AMIF and Moulinot, a social integration company specialised in food waste, have joined forces to organise the recovery of catering waste from the AMIF trade show. It will be an opportunity to raise awareness in local authorities about compulsory bio-waste management, mandatory from 1 January 2024, and about possible recovery methods such as anaerobic digestion.
