GRTgaz signs an agreement on new working patterns: video !
For the Week of Work Life Quality taking place from 14-18 June 2021, GRTgaz is giving a video presentation of its new working patterns agreement based on the Multiplex approach.
This agreement aims to reduce distances and align practices within the company, including:
- up to three days of teleworking per week for full-time employees,
- material resources and a monthly allocation tailored to the desired volume of telework,
- a weekly work schedule divided into days, half-days or less,
- teleworking in France either from home (the employee’s main or second residence) or with a third party.

This annual meeting is organised by the Anact-Aract network. It provides companies and organisations with ideas and practical actions to promote well-being at work.
