Publication of the GRTgaz 10-year Development Plan for 2019-2028 | 2020-2029 | 2021-2030
Its purpose is to identify the gas transmission infrastructures to develop or adapt over the coming decade to meet network users’ needs.
This includes transporters’ obligations regarding the security of transmission, and takes account of the needs and plans of national, supranational and international stakeholders. The 10-year plan is based on the existing supply and demand for gas and on reasonable medium-term development forecasts for gas infrastructures, consumption and international exchanges. It therefore also includes a multi-annual supply and demand forecast.
The 10-Year Plan highlights the sectorial challenges connected to changes in the gas system and its infrastructure, supply and demand forecasts, and the developments and adaptations required by the network.
