Results of the 2024 customer satisfaction survey

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns. That's why every year we carry out a survey to find out more about your satisfaction and your expectations, so that we can respond as effectively as possible and improve.
The 2024 survey, carried out by a specialist independent consultancy, ran from 12 July to 15 September 2024, and included key issues such as the energy transition, customer focus and the information system.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the customers who responded to this survey, the results of which were generally positive. This feedback reinforces our efforts to meet the challenges of tomorrow. We are, of course, paying particular attention to areas of dissatisfaction so that we can correct them and improve to serve you better.
Publications
Thanks to your commitment, the 177 completed questionnaires raised €3,540. In line with our commitment to double the amount of the donation if the 150 questionnaire mark is exceeded, we are pleased to donate a cheque for €7,080 to La Péniche du Cœur (Les Restos du Cœur), providing invaluable help in welcoming the most needy in better conditions this winter.
